Golnesa Monazamfar is the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Golnesa Monazamfar.
She has been representing clients in a variety of complex family law cases since her admission to the State Bar of California in 2013. Ms. Monazamfar is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
Ms. Monazamfar was named a Northern California Rising Star Super Lawyer in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Santa Clara County Bar Association awarded Ms. Monazamfar with the 2017 Barrister of the Year award for her contributions to the legal profession in both a professional capacity, and for her involvement in pro bono and community activities.
Ms. Monazamfar dedicates a significant amount of time to volunteer and community work. She has served as a Trustee, an Executive Board member, Secretary, and as the Treasurer for the Santa Clara County Bar Association and as a Board Member for the Iranian American Bar Association NorCal Chapter. Ms. Monazamfar currently serves as Santa Clara County Bar Association’s 2025 President, and is the Association's first Iranian President.

Amy Carlson is a Litigation Attorney with CSAA Insurance Group in their Litigation Department. She's lived and worked in Santa Clara County for her entire career when she moved here in September 2001. She earned her JD at California Western School of Law in San Diego. She started her career at Farmers Insurance in San Jose. After four years of insurance defense litigation and six jury trials, she moved on to employment law where she litigated on behalf of employees and employers for 12 years. She eventually returned to her first love of insurance defense at CSAA Insurance Group in March 2018. She serves as co-chair on the Pro Bono Project of Silicon Valley Board of Directors. In the last 20 years, she has been co-chair of the SCCBA Judiciary Committee, chair of the SCCBA Labor & Employment Executive Committee, chair of the SCCBA Civil Practice Committee and before being elected to the Board of Trustees. Amy Carlson serves as the 2025 SCCBA President-elect.

Claire is a partner at McLellan Law Group, LLP, a white-glove civil litigation firm. Claire is a skilled trial attorney; for the last three years, Claire was named a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star, an award conferred upon the top 2.5% of rising attorneys in California, and was named one of the Top Women Attorneys in Northern California. In 2023, she was named one of the Top 40 Young Lawyers by the American Bar Association. As a former investment banking analyst for a global investment bank, Claire’s strong finance background aids her legal analysis and business-oriented advice for her clients. Outside of the office, Claire is heavily involved in the legal community on local and statewide scales. She serves on the Board of Governors and Executive Committee for California Women Lawyers, as Treasurer for the SCCBA Board of Trustees, formerly the co-chair of the SCCBA Women Lawyers Section, and former President of the SCCBA Barristers Section. Claire’s community involvement shows her commitment to advancing the legal profession.

Andrea J. Justo is a Partner and Shareholder at Paredes Justo, PC, a Family Law firm. She immigrated from the Philippines to the United States at the age of two and has been a Bay Area native since. In 2015, Ms. Justo earned her Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School in San Jose. Ms. Justo also serves as the Chair of the Santa Clara County Bar Foundation, and Co-Chair of the Law Related Education Committee/Mock Trial Tournament. She is a Professor at Lincoln Law School in San Jose, teaching Torts. Ms. Justo holds a strong work ethic and willingness to fiercely advocate for others in pursuit of fairness. Her experience and contributions display her drive in making a difference in the community.
