| January 5, 2024 | Selection Committee interviews students. Location to be announced (may be remote). | ||
| January 6, 2025 | Selection Committee interviews students via Zoom | ||
| January 12, 2025 | BAMSCP Co-Chairs notify students and employers of second-round interviews | ||
| January 15-24, 2025 | Employers interview students | ||
| January 31, 2025 | BAMSCP Co-Chairs notify students by email of an employment offer | ||
| February 5, 2025 | Students respond to employment offer | ||
| February 7, 2025 | Alternates are notified only if there are openings | ||
| February 21, 2025 | BAMSCP Co-Chairs send confirmation notification of selections and placements | ||
July 2025 | Mandatory Student Orientation Lunch 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m
